HUMAN TALENT  MANAGEMENT


Over time the technological changes, the industry, the market, are becoming more demandings. All development is a product of the progress of the human mind, who has allowed that new and better tools generated to improve the quality of life.

The product or service over a company offers depends on the person who directs, controls and evaluates the processes and directly  of the human talent of the company.

The set of activities that comprise the human talent management, can make a company efficient, competitive and productive, for this reason is fundamental  have  well-grounded this  area.
Manage personal includes: select, hire people suited to a required charge, provide comprehensive welfare to their employees, be equitable, evaluate the performance to improve and provide satisfactory results.


In addition to tasks that seem repetitive, it is also to ensure benefits employees for good performance, so it depends on the training that will deliver to them, the way how are instructed and treatment that will deliver to them. All this is a mutual benefit, company- employee.Generate awareness about the well-being of the human talent is an arduous task in which must very responsible and ethical, so that each day will be a step towards real development.

Organizations looking to be competitive and everything is based on as collaborators perform the functions; everything is a continuous process where interacting physical, financial and human resources; in conjunction with the processes that permit the transformation of a product or provision of a service.
Although many organizations are currently occupied by profit, the workers must work more than the established, and  is not  remunerated them of good way.
In addition to the salary, some organizations do not provide welfare to their employees, and how many people need to work, must undergo the rules. Many certified companies have implemented the human resources area, but still miss much to mejorar  these to provide opportunities and welfare to the people.
